En*Vantage, Inc. is an advisory and energy investment firm that was formed in 1999 and is located in Houston, Texas.

En*Vantage’s objective is threefold:

	Take equity positions in energy assets or businesses that provide attractive investment opportunities
	Provide advisory services to improve the competitive and financial positions of energy clients
	Assess and recommend asset acquisitions and divestitures for energy clients.

Since its inception, En*Vantage has successfully advised a diverse group of national and international energy clients on a wide range of projects, acquisitions and divestitures. In 1999, the firm also became an owner and the managing general partner of the San Juan Basin Partnership that owns and controls natural gas production in New Mexico’s San Juan Basin. In 2002, En*Vantage formed En*Vantage Producing Company L.L.C. to acquire and develop oil and gas properties.
