Having "been there" and "done that" in a number of areas, our team brings the expertise and real world experience needed to deliver results for your business. Terrence E. (Terry) Ciliske Prior to founding En*Vantage, Terry was the President and Chief Executive Officer of PG&E Gas Transmission Texas from 1997 - 1999. Previously Terry was with Valero Energy Corporation for 14 years, with his last position as Executive Vice President of the Natural Gas Company prior to the sale to PG&E. Prior to joining Valero, he was with Fluor Corporation for seven years. Terry has a BS in Chemical Engineering from Rice University and an MBA in Finance from the University of Houston, and was a registered chemical engineer in the state of Texas for over 25 years. Terry has served as a Director of the Southern Gas Association and the Texas Intrastate Pipeline Association and as Chairman and Charter Board Member of the Gas Industry Standards Board (now known as the North American Energy Standards Board), and as Chairman of the Board of Management of the Lake Houston YMCA (Terry recently completed 10 years on the Lake Houston YMCA Board of Management). Peter A. Fasullo Before forming En*Vantage, Peter was engaged on an exclusive consulting basis with PG&E Gas Transmission, Texas regarding strategic transactions and integration issues. From 1997 to 1998, he was Vice President of Business Development and Strategic Planning reporting to the Office of the Chairman of MAPCO Inc. From 1983 to 1997, Peter was with Valero Energy Corporation with his last position as Senior Vice President responsible for Corporate Development. Prior to Valero, Peter served as a consultant with both Pace Consultants and Engineers and M.W. Kellogg. Peter has been active in industry organizations such as the Petrochemical Feedstock Association of the Americas where he served on the Board in 1996 and 1997. Peter has a BA and a Masters of Chemical Engineering from Rice University and an MBA from the University of Houston.
