We are interested in acquiring proven reserves within the U.S. or Canada or in funding drilling prospects within a proved reserve basin. Pipeline and Processing Plant Projects We are also interested in acquiring or developing gas gathering, distribution and processing facilities, and are looking to acquire or develop propane terminals or distribution systems.
